Masters of Yachts are requested to transmit the following information to their agent  48 hours prior to Yacht arrival or by contacting with Port Offices at CH 16.
On arrival, the Master shall hand this Form filled (name, flag, call sign in English from certificate of registration) and signed together with a copy of permission of departure from last Port to the Harbour Master.

	Stay in the Harbour and change of Berth. The master of the Yacht is responsible for the mooring of the Yacht in the Harbour. When necessary, the Master may order a Yacht to shift; when so ordered, it should be made as quickly as possible free of charge.
